500bet Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 500bet, available at 500bet.asia, as well as all associated services, including sports betting, online casino, progressive jackpots, crash games, and all other games available on the platform.

By creating an account or using any service provided by 500bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the content described here, you must not create an account or use the platform's services.

500bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice by email or via a platform notification. Continued use of the services after new Terms are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility

To create and use an account on 500bet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be enrolled in any sports betting or gambling self-exclusion program in Brazil;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of an employee of 500bet or any partner company directly involved in the operation of the platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under current Brazilian law.

3. Account Creation & Management

3.1 Registration

Each eligible individual may create only a single account on 500bet. Maintaining duplicate accounts, accounts in third parties' names, or accounts created with false or incomplete information is strictly prohibited. 500bet may at any time request additional documentation to verify account ownership.

At registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including: your full legal name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Brazilian phone number.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — username and password. 500bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login information. We recommend using unique, complex passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

3.3 Updating Account Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date. Any change of address, email address, or phone number must be reported to 500bet through the account dashboard or via support. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing and account recovery in the event of a lost password.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

The 500bet applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer – KYC) in compliance with Brazilian legal obligations for the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing. The process may be initiated at registration or at later stages, particularly before withdrawals above certain amounts are released.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie holding your ID document, as instructed by support;
• Proof of ownership of the Pix key or bank account used for withdrawals.

Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, with possible retention of the balance in accordance with applicable law.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Methods

The 500bet accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL:

• All deposits must be made by the account holder. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• 500bet reserves the right to return deposits suspected of fraud or made using payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted. All amounts must be in BRL (R$).
• There is no standard maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, but individual limits may be applied at 500bet's discretion.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal at 500bet, the user must:

• Have completed the identity verification process (KYC);
• Have met the rollover requirements applicable to any bonus balances;
• Request withdrawals only to a bank account, Pix key, or digital wallet held exclusively in the user's own name.

6.2 Timeframes and Limits

For very high-value withdrawals — above R$ 50,000.00 — the 500bet security team may carry out an additional verification before processing the payment. This measure is designed to protect players against fraudulent withdrawals initiated by third parties.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

The 500bet offers a welcome bonus to new users who make their first deposit. The amount and specific conditions of the current bonus are published on the platform's promotions page and may be updated at any time for new registrations. The bonus is automatically credited as a bonus balance, separate from the real-money balance.

7.2 Rollover Requirement

All bonus balances are subject to a rollover requirement (minimum wagering volume) before they can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement is specified individually for each promotion. Bets on different games may contribute different percentages toward meeting the rollover — details are published in each promotion's specific terms.

• Cancelled bets, voided bets, and bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover.
• Certain casino games may be excluded or have a reduced contribution toward the rollover — always check the terms of the specific promotion.
• Bonus balance has an expiry date. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled upon expiry with no right to compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, colluding with other players to artificially meet rollover requirements, bonus arbitrage, or any other practice that constitutes abuse of 500bet promotions will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, any balance derived from it, and, depending on the severity, account closure.

8. Sports Betting

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 500bet. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel bets at any time, particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing, odds errors, or irregular behavior.

8.2 Odds

Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applied are always those in effect at the exact moment the bet is confirmed by the system. Bets placed at odds displaying an obvious pricing error — values clearly outside the market range — may be voided by 500bet, with the full staked amount returned to the player's balance.

8.3 Cancelled, Suspended, or Postponed Events

• Events cancelled before kick-off: bets voided and the amount returned to the balance.
• Events that begin and are subsequently suspended permanently: bets settled based on the results available at the time of the interruption, in accordance with the rules of the specific sport.
• Events postponed by less than 48 hours: bets remain valid for the new date. If the postponement exceeds 48 hours from the original scheduled time, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live bets on events interrupted mid-match: settled based on the official score and statistics available at the time of the interruption, at the discretion of the 500bet trading desk.

8.4 Multiple Bets

Parlay bets (combiners) are permitted on 500bet subject to maximum payout limits, which may vary depending on the sport, market, and betting volume on a given event. Current limits are published in the platform's help section.

9. Online Casino & Games

The online casino at 500bet is operated by third-party game providers, all of which are certified by independent international auditing bodies such as eCOGRA and GLI. The RTP for each game is set by its respective provider and published transparently on each title's information sheet.

9.1 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — whether due to an issue with the user's device, internet connection, or the platform's servers — the interrupted round will be settled based on the data recorded on the game provider's servers, which take precedence over any display on the user's device. 500bet is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity failures on the player's end.

9.2 Crash Games

Crash games such as Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman use publicly verifiable random result generation algorithms (provably fair). The final multiplier for each round is determined solely by the provider's algorithm, with no interference from 500bet. Bets that are active at the time of a server-side technical failure will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.

9.3 Live Casino

Live tables are operated by partner studios such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules for each live game are set by the respective studio and displayed in the table interface. In the event of a conflict between the result shown on the platform and the result recorded by the studio, the studio's record prevails, as verifiable in the broadcast logs.

10. Progressive Jackpots

The progressive jackpots available at 500bet are local-network jackpots — the prize pool is funded exclusively by bets placed by players on the platform. The accumulation and distribution of jackpots are managed by the corresponding game provider, under 500bet's supervision.

• Mega Jackpot: accumulated jackpot that can exceed R$ 5,000,000.00. Triggered by a random event or a special symbol combination, depending on the specific game's rules.
• Daily Jackpot: drawn once a day from all players who participated in the specified game during that day. The full amount is paid to the winner.
• Mini Jackpot: hits with high frequency, potentially occurring multiple times in the same day. The lowest-value prize among the three tiers.

Jackpot prizes are automatically credited to the winner's real balance and can be withdrawn immediately via Pix. For exceptionally high-value jackpots, 500bet may contact the winner before processing the withdrawal as a security measure.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Prohibited Conduct

14. Account Suspension and Closure

14.1 At the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed normally. Unused bonus balances will be automatically cancelled at the time of closure.

14.2 At 500bet's Discretion

The 500bet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Detection of fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the established deadline;
• Court order or request from a regulatory authority;
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with the current internal policy.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, 500bet may hold pending balances for as long as necessary to complete an internal investigation or legal proceeding, in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, 500bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from the outcome of bets or casino games, which are inherently risk-based activities;
• Temporary interruptions to platform access due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond 500bet's control;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Odd fluctuations that occur between the time the user views and confirms a bet, provided they fall within normal market parameters;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses of any kind.

16. Changes to the Terms

The 500bet may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in legislation, our services, or our operational practices. Changes that have a significant impact on users will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via the registered email address and/or a notification on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the new Terms take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the date the new Terms come into force.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and the use of the platform 500bet, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
